  • A través de este aviso legal, se pretende regular el acceso y uso de este sitio web, a los eventos, la inscripción y pago, así como la relación entre la Asociación y sus usuarios.

  • En caso de litigio legal, ambas partes se someten a los tribunales y legislación de Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

2.- CONDICIONES WEB

  • El simple acceso a este sitio web no supone entablar ningún tipo de relación comercial entre www.tenmastango.com y el usuario.

  • El acceso y la navegación en este sitio web supone aceptar y conocer las advertencias legales, condiciones y términos de uso contenidas en ella.

  • La asociación informa y garantiza expresamente a los usuarios que sus datos personales no serán cedidos en ningún caso a terceras compañías, y que siempre que fuera a realizarse algún tipo de cesión de datos personales, de forma previa, se solicitaría el consentimiento expreso, informado, e inequívoco por parte de los titulares.

  • El participante podrá darse de baja de cualquiera de los servicios de suscripción facilitados remitiendo una solicitud expresa a info@tenmastango.com

  • Del mismo modo, el prestador ha adoptado todas las medidas técnicas y de organización necesarias para garantizar la seguridad e integridad de los datos de carácter personal que trate, así como para evitar su pérdida, alteración y/o acceso por parte de terceros no autorizados.

  • The access and navigation in this webpage does not imply any type of commercial relation between www.tenmastango.com and the user.

  • The association informs and warrants the users that their personal data will not be passed in any case to third companies, and that if any type of personal data cession would be considered, we would ask the holder(s) previously for an express informed and unequivocal consent.  

  • The user may unsubscribe from any of the subscription services provided by sending an express request to info@tenmastango.com

  • Similarly, the organizer has adopted all the needed technical and organizational measures for warranting the security and integrity of the personal data, as well as for avoiding its loss, alteration or access by non-authorized third parts to them.

3.- CONDICIONES DE LOS EVENTOS

  • La organización se reserva el derecho de cambiar cualquier actividad, modificar horarios o precios, si lo considera necesario para mejorar la calidad del evento, o ante imprevistos de urgente necesidad.

  • La organización se reserva el derecho de admisión, especialmente ante faltas y altercados con otros participantes, estados de embriaguez, etc.

  • No se permite la inscripción al evento de menores de edad.

  • No se permite el uso de cámaras, o cualquier otro tipo de dispositivo de imagen con fines comerciales o profesionales no autorizados.

  • No se permite el uso indiscriminado de talco o productos similares en la pista de baile, sin el permiso expreso de la organización.

  • La aceptación de la entrada al evento online o presencial, lleva implícita el poder grabar su imagen para la difusión en las redes sociales de la organización.

  • Ciertas sociedades, clubes, y otros locales donde se realizan los eventos, se reservan el derecho de admisión, según la etiqueta de su propia normativa  interna para eventos de gala y de acceso general a sus instalaciones, especialmente en materia de acceso a menores de edad.

  • Las clases particulares de los eventos, están priorizadas por tres criterios: inscripciones "válidas" según el apartado siguiente, orden de inscripción e ingreso total de la inscripción.

EVENTS CONDITIONS

  • The organization reserves the right of changing nay activity, modify any time table or prices, if considered necessary for improving the event quality, or in cases of incidentals or urgent necessity.

  • ​The organization reserves the right of admission, especially in the case of faults and altercations with other participants, drunken state, etc. 

  • Inscriptions of minors are not allowed

  • The use of cameras, or any other images devices with commercial or professional purposes, are not permitted

  • The indiscriminate use of talcum powders or similar in the dancing floor, without the express permission of the organization, is not permitted.

  • The participation in the event, implies the acceptation of the use of your image for its diffusion in the organization social networks

  • Some societies, clubs and other places where the events will take place, reserve the admission right, in accordance with their proper internal regulations for gala events and for their installations access, especially dealing with minors.

  • The event’s private classes would by prioritized following three criteria: valid inscriptions, inscription order and total inscription income.

4.- CONDICIONES DE INSCRIPCIÓN Y PAGO

  • Los formularios son individuales: SOLO se permite un formulario por persona.

  • Una vez enviada la inscripción recibirá en los próximos siete días como máximo, un email con las instrucciones de pago por parte de la Asociación.

  • La inscripción solo se considerará "válida" si se realiza el ingreso en las siguientes dos semanas a la recepción del email con las instrucciones de pago. Si no se hubiera abonado, la inscripción quedará automáticamente anulada tras ese límite.

  • Para las clases grupales y para descuentos en pareja "EARLY PASS", son necesarias dos inscripciones individuales: una de un hombre y otra de una mujer, especificando el nombre de la pareja. 

  • Los "EARLY PASSES" estarán solo disponibles hasta el 30 de JUNIO inclusive.

  • Los "PASES DESCUENTO" estarán solo disponibles hasta el 15 de AGOSTO inclusive.

  • La inscripción online estará abierta hasta el 31 de AGOSTO inclusive. 

  • Tras esa fecha solo se podrán comprar entradas individuales directamente en la mesa de recepción, si hubieran plazas disponibles. Tenga en cuenta que comprar directamente en mesa (sin inscripción, ni pago online) estará sujeto a una tarifa adicional única de 5€ por la realización de la inscripción in situ.

  • Los pagos online se recibirán hasta el 4 de SEPTIEMBRE inclusive. No se admitirán transferencias tras esa fecha.

  • La Asociación se compromete a estudiar pormenorizadamente cada caso en política de devolución y cancelación de inscripción para dar el mejor servicio al usuario, aunque ningún caso será estudiado una vez finalizado el evento.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • Registration forms are individual: ONLY one form per person is admitted.

  • ​Once the registration is sent, an email will be received within the following seven days maximum, with the payment instructions from the Association.

  • The registration will only be considered "valid" if the deposit is made in the following two weeks: the registrations after that deadline are eliminated.

  • For group classes and "EARLY PASS" couple discounts, two individual registrations are necessary: one for a man and the other for a woman, specifying the name of the couple.

  • The "EARLY PASSES" will be available only until JUNE 30th, inclusive.

  • The "DISCOUNT PASSES" will be available only until AUGUST 15th, inclusive.

  • ONLINE REGISTRATION will be open until AUGUST 31st, inclusive.

  • After that date, individual tickets can only be purchased directly at the reception desk, if there are places available. Keep in mind that buying directly at the table (without registration or online payment) will be subject to a single additional fee of €5 for registration on site.

  • Online payments will be received up to SEPTEMBER 4th inclusive. Transfers are not allowed after that date.

  • The Association undertakes to study each case in detail regarding the return policy and cancellation of registration to provide the best service to the user, although no case will it be studied once the event is over.

RECUERDE - REMEMBER

Muchos Locales se reserva el derecho de admisión de NO permitir el acceso a NO SOCIOS que calcen ZAPATILLAS en los eventos de gala o pantalones CORTOS. Venues doesn't allow to enter with SPORT SHOES, SNEAKERS or SHORTS to NO MEMBERS to gala events.
